How to check buyer enquiries on Rightgun.uk
Viewing enquiries from buyers
Log in to your Rightgun.uk account using your registered credentials.
Click on your profile icon at the top of the page and select Inbox.
Your Inbox displays enquiries based on your account type:
Professional users receive enquiries from:
Individual listed items
Their organisation’s public profile
Lite users receive enquiries only related to their own listings.
From the Inbox, you can view full enquiry details, including:
Buyer name
Enquired listing
Contact number
Message content
Managing enquiries
You can delete enquiries from your Inbox once the selling process is completed.
However, we recommend keeping enquiries saved for future reference, record-keeping, or follow-up communication.
