How to add and manage services on Rightgun.uk
The Services feature on Rightgun.uk allows organisations and Professional users to define and manage services offered to customers. These services can then be selected during transactions, helping ensure accurate billing, records, and compliance.
Understanding what a service is
A service on Rightgun.uk represents any chargeable or non-chargeable activity your organisation provides, such as transfers, storage, repairs, test firing, or administration services. Once added, services can be applied directly to sales and other transactions.
Service pricing options
When adding a service, you can choose from different pricing structures depending on how the service is charged, allowing flexibility to match your business operations.
Adding a new service
Log in to your Rightgun.uk account using your registered credentials.
From the top menu, click More —> Settings, then click Continue next to Services.
Click the Add Service button.
Enter the service name, pricing type, account and any relevant pricing details.
Review the information and click Add service.
The service will now be available to select during transactions across your organisation.
Using services in transactions
Once created, services can be added while completing sales or other actions, ensuring all charges are accurately recorded and reflected in your transaction history.
