How to lend a gun to a customer or supplier on Rightgun.uk
Rightgun.uk allows registered dealers and organisations to record gun lending transactions directly within their Armoury. This ensures accurate record-keeping in your RFD Register and allows you to generate supporting documents for compliance and internal tracking.
Lending a gun to a customer or supplier
Log in to your Rightgun.uk account using your registered credentials.
Go to Armoury from the top menu.
Use sidebar filters (desktop) or the Filter button (mobile) to locate the gun you want to lend.
You can also search by existing customer name, gun status, or other filters.
Click on the gun listing to open and edit the advertisement.
From the Action menu, select Lend.
Enter all required lending details, including:
- Customer or supplier name
- Licensing information
- Lending date
- Additional notes or further information
- Services (if applicable)
- Financial details (if applicable)
- Document generation options
Click Create to complete the lending process.
The lending record will now be saved in your RFD Register.
