How to manage user access and permissions for your organisation on Rightgun.uk

Rightgun.uk gives organisations full control over staff access, allowing you to enable or disable user permissions at any time. This helps maintain security while ensuring the right team members have access when needed.


Managing user permissions

Log in to your Rightgun.uk account using your registered credentials.


From the top menu, click More, then select Settings.


Under organisation settings, click Continue next to Users.


In the Users section, locate the team member whose access you want to manage.


Edit the user’s details and change their status to Inactive to temporarily revoke access.


To restore access, follow the same steps and update the user’s status to Active.


Changes take effect immediately, allowing you to manage staff permissions efficiently.
